Hey its LopMuzk, with a great idea!
I think this is an authentic way of improving the guild as I will be able to take opinions on how it will be developed. In all of the guilds I have been in, this sort of strategy has never been implemented; so I hope this process of creative criticisms will be beneficial for all of us.
